About Ally Escrow Management
Ally Escrow Management was founded by Sonia Stewart, CPA, who holds a Masters Degree in Accounting, has been a licensed CPA in the state of Georgia for 18 years, and has 11 years of experience as a corporate controller for a publicly traded company. She brings public company financial rigor and personal dedication to every client relationship.
The Ally Escrow Management team is here to help make sense of the financial aspects within the Contract between the intended parents and their selected gestational carrier or egg donor. Ally Escrow Management's goal is to ensure that both the intended parents and the gestational carrier or egg donor they are working with understand their financial rights, responsibilities, and each party's expectations and obligations.
Ally Escrow Management will manage and distribute the funds held in our trust account after carefully examining the terms set forth in the Contract. Prior to making any disbursements, Ally Escrow Management will gather all supporting documentation needed and review any receipts submitted. Additionally, we always provide a statement detailing the account balance and all recent account activity so that clients remain aware of disbursements being made from their account.
Ally Escrow Management provides account statements detailing account activity and the current balance to ensure the clients remain aware of their account status. Any needed correspondence that accompanies the distribution will be copied to the intended parents, agency or clinics so that they are continually informed. Additionally, any disbursements out of range with contract expectations will be verified with the intended parents, agency or clinics prior to making any payments. We provide timely scheduled payments with the highest ethical standards. As always, parties involved are entitled to know the remaining funds in their account and are encouraged to contact AEM at anytime.

Sonia Stewart, CPA
Founder
Sonia founded Ally Escrow Management with a vision of providing dedicated, personalized escrow management services for families navigating their reproductive journeys. With a Masters Degree in Accounting, 18 years as a licensed CPA in the state of Georgia, and 11 years of experience as a corporate controller for a publicly traded company, she brings rigorous financial standards and a personal touch to every client relationship. Her deep understanding of the surrogacy and egg donation space, combined with her commitment to precision, transparency, and genuine care, has been the foundation of the company since its inception.
Amy
Senior Accounting
Amy is one of the original members of the Ally team, having been with the company since 2021. As the most senior member of the accounting department, she ensures every account is managed with accuracy and care. When she's not working (which she genuinely enjoys!), Amy loves spending time with her children and her personal zoo — a horse, two dogs, and six cats at her home in Georgia.
Elizabeth
Client Services Lead
Elizabeth is the heart of our Client Services Department, bringing over 15 years of experience helping families navigate the financial side of their reproductive journeys. A native of the Midwest, she now calls the South home after relocating to permanently avoid snow. In her downtime, she enjoys reading true crime, chasing after her dogs, and binging Netflix whenever possible.
Mandy
Client Services & Accounting
Mandy joined the Ally team in 2024 and has quickly become invaluable, supporting both Client Services and Accounting. She is married with two children and lives in Georgia. In her free time, she enjoys hosting yoga and sound bath events, styling her daughter's hair for gymnastics competitions, and chasing around her two dogs and a stray cat that showed up on her porch.

Client Services
Hayley has worked in the reproductive escrow space since 2018 and joined Ally in 2024. She holds a certification in paralegal studies and brings a deeply personal connection to this work — she has been a surrogate three times. She lives in Texas with her husband of 16 years. On weekends, you'll find her out on the trails, spending time at local parks, or simply being with her family.

Christi joined the Ally team in 2024 with over 14 years of experience in the reproductive escrow industry. Her understanding of the space runs deep — she has been a surrogate five times, giving her a uniquely empathetic perspective that clients truly value. Married to her high school sweetheart, they have four children together. You might catch her on TikTok soon — she's building her social media presence.

Account Manager
Emily joined the Ally team in 2025 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene. While she's traded the dental chair for financial records, she is a phenomenal account manager who keeps every dollar and cent straight. She is married with three children and lives in the DFW area. She's an amazing crocheter and fits it in whenever she isn't homeschooling, reading, or cheering at her children's sports events.
